SubscribeBiwater Man Lee Limited (BML) has been awarded the Supply and Installation of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment for the expansion of Shek Wu Hui Sewage Treatment Works by the Drainage Services Department of the Hong Kong SAR government.
The contract is worth HKD 68 million and BML's scope of supply includes all the electrical and mechanical equipment for sludge handling, bio-reactor, final sedimentation tank and the associated system.
The project commenced on 14th February 2006 and is due to be completed in 33 months. After the completion of BML's contract the advanced dry weather flow at Shek Wu Hui STW will increase from 80Mld to 93Mld.
